applied to sales outside of USA.

We accept
Visa / MasterCard / eChecks via
PayPal, you don't even need
to create a PayPal account to use it.
PayPal

buyer protection program, ensuring
your transaction is safe, secure and
most of all a fair online transaction.
If a
PayPal eCheck is used, your items will
be shipped once it has cleared - usually
3-5 business days.

- We charge a flat rate for
shipping and handling within the
48 contiguous states of the
United States of America and the
10 Canadian provinces.
Additional shipping fees will
apply to the US territories
outside of the mainland (Hawaii,
Alaska, Guam, etc.) and the Canadian Territories
(Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) . We will
notify you of the additional
charges and await your approval
and payment before
shipping. International
shipping charges
vary.
- Shipping prices are
expressed in US dollars.
- Please allow 48-72 hours for
order processing - fraud
prevention and packaging. (Note:
Shipping does not include
order-processing time.)
- Items are shipped from our
warehouse in CA, USA
- If an item is NOT in stock,
we will notify you by e-mail,
and ask how you would like to
proceed.
- To help us HELP YOU BEST,
please provide a valid and
complete name, address, phone
number and e-mail address.
- If payment is made by
PAYPAL, shipping will be to the
confirmed address ONLY - no
exceptions.
UNITED STATES of AMERICA
- Packages are shipped via
UPS ground or USPS (3-4 days depending on
location) unless otherwise
requested, as deemed efficient.
- At any time, we reserve the
right to ship in the method of
our choice, choosing a method
which is most effective and/or
expedient.
- Please e-mail specific
details if you have OTHER
shipping requests (for example
EXPRESS mail), and we will
confirm by e-mail.
CANADA
- Packages are shipped via
UPS or USPS - Global Priority Mail (5-7 days depending on
location) unless otherwise
requested.
- All related import taxes and
duties are the responsibility of
the buyer.
- We are not responsible for
items held up in customs for
long periods of time.
Returns

However, due to the nature of our
products, and for legal and hygienic reasons,
we are unable to accept any returns.
